Autism is a major epidemic in our society and it is estimated that 1 in 150 children are affected by this developmental disorder and boys are affected more often than girls (1 in 94 boys). Autism and the related problems express dysfunction of the neural, metabolic, immune and/or digestive systems through food intolerances, microbial overgrowth, metabolic abnormalities, immune dysregulation, and inablility to eliminate toxins.

Appropriate treatment involves identifying and alleviating the problems causing symptoms in the individual, rather than attempting to suppress symptoms through the use of psychoactive drugs. Our focus is to rebalance the systems of the body so they function as they are designed to function.

Dr. Courtnee Pingaro is very passionate about helping children and their families through this process. While learning about the clinical manifestations that the majority of these children present with, such as heavy metal toxicity, food allergies & gut problems, she realized that she has experienced many of the same problems herself and her health was changed using biomedical means. This has fueled her desire to help each and every child to have the best possible life and live to their fullest potential.
